Step 03: Authorize Your Instagram Application not working

    Hi there,

    I installed this plugin on two different wordpress sites. On my test site, it works very well. However, on my “production” website, when doing the exact same process, I get the “Whoops! It looks like there’s a problem with your App credentials. Please check your entries in Step 02 and then use the button below to authorize the app once again.” when trying to authorise the application.

    I checked many times that it was not a copy paste issue but it is not. I also deleted the application in Instagram and created a new one but I was not successful.

    Could you please support getting this up?

    ps: both of my WordPress instances are running the same version (3.9.1) and they operate under different domain names and hosts.

    Hmm that is very perplexing. If you’re getting an error at step 03, then the cause (as you pointed out) seems to be that Instagram isn’t accepting your credentials.

    You’ve probably already reviewed this, but just to double check – have you made sure that the domain you set your app up with in Instagram is correct for your production site? You’ll have to set up a separate app for each domain you want your feed on.

    Yes, I checked many times and the domain is right, I copy paste the right information but when I click on ‘Authorise’ on the Instagram developer portal, I am redirected to my site but with the error message.

    I tried many times with the test site, it works well but each time it fails on the live site.

    Any idea?
