Step 4 Issue

Hi, I just purchased a plan, installed and activated WordPress plugin, updated the Gumlet settings properly but am at the step where I am supposed to go to Settings>Gumlet in WordPress and it isn’t there. I’m stuck in the installation process.
Also, as a side note, when I try to find support on your site the Crisp chat seems to be the only way to get support. But when I try to initiate a chat it just gives me a “Failed to send. Retry?” message. My internet is working fine so I figured your support desk was just closed, so I waited until the next day during business hours and am finding it’s the same thing. So this seems to be the only way I can get any help.
