So given this plugin is about mail deliverability, I do not provide the facility to register an account, but change the from name to something different. This is to avoid issues with such emails going to spam, (depending on the receiving mail servers settings for SPF, DMARC and DKIM as explained here: https://www.howtogeek.com/689267/how-to-send-an-email-with-a-different-from-address-in-outlook).
However, I do provide a plugin-wide setting to send as a different account to the one authorised with WordPress. This will mean the email is shown as coming from the another account (specified within the plugin settings page), rather than the account you have linked to WordPress. This functionality is outlined in Step 8 of the setup guide.
Note however, that the chosen other account must allow the registration account access to be able to send email as this other account. The steps to do this within Office 365/Exchange are outlined here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/give-mailbox-permissions-to-another-user?view=o365-worldwide
This ensures email is not sent to Spam, as we are not spoofing the from name to be different to the sent address! The email is generally coming from the other account to the one registered with WordPress.
