• Hi there, I tested your plugin and I see there are good features compare to similar plugins, but like many other plugins, when I set the step quantity it doesn’t act as it should be,
    1) at the front end whan I press the button to add more of the product, it still adds one product while it should add the step quantity (in my case it’s 6), also instead of showing the plugin message’s error or notice it shows the native browser message (I think).
    2) I checked at least 5 more similar plugins, just one of those actually work properly, I mean when I increase the product in product single page, it adds the step quantity as I set. And I think because that plugin replace the Theme’s default product adder.( I mean when I activate the step quantity, at the front end the small buttons which are used to increase the product quantity, replaced with the plugin’s buttons).

I’m not sure why by default the step quantity doesn’t add the step number instead of adding the default (1) number when we press the plus button.

    Hi @nima78600

If you’ve tried that number of plugins and all of them have issues in the step quantity, then it seems your theme is forcing a step of 1 (overwriting WooCommerce default step).

Would you mind share more details (theme, and a link to your site) so we can see?

    Hi there,
this is my test website, it is not in English langusge but I changed the font, so you can seee numbers in nglish. I have alredy set up your plugin and set the default quantity to 6, when you open any product to purchase it shows the default quantity in 6 which is correct, but when you try to add more product using the the plus icon it just adds 1 instead of 6.
the other issue is that it even does not show the error custom message set in the plugin settings, instead it shows the default browser notice(i believe).

    Hi @nima78600

Products open with default of 1, can you please go to plugin main tab >> Force options >> Force to default (on both options) and then try again please.

On a similar note, I think you have an issue with settings, when I tried to add quantity of 4, it showed a message that nearest 2 values are 1 & 7, which means you defined a step of 6, I suggest in this case to use minimum of 6 if you’re not willing to sell below 6.

    Hi there,

    1) I tried all different settings ( even set to “per products” to set individually), but still does not add the correct step quantity. As you mentioned maybe something is wrong with my Theme, because I tested on another test site and it worked fine.
Is there a soloution to somehow override the Theme’s defaulkt step quantity?

    2) As I mentioned before in the plugin’s settings I see custom notice or error message in different senarios, but non of them working, insteatd I get the default browser error/notice message.

    thanks

    Hi @nima78600

Unfortunately we can’t find the issue without proper access, which shouldn’t/can’t be provided here.
We have a support forum on the plugin official page (can’t share it here as well, figure it out lol) where we can discuss how to help further.
