Step Product Configuration

  • Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that is a step-by-step process to configure a product, i have attached an image to you see what I’m after.

    The item will be a barrier, so option one would be what height, option 2 could be colour, option 3 would be how many meters (Each barrier is 1m in width) option 4 would be how many corners they want to go around (An example would be a rectangle of barriers to go around a car on 3 sides, so it would be 2 corners needed.

    Each section once the option is clicked on it then opens the next options.

    In the end, it would say they need 10 barriers and 2 corners and the price would be whatever I have configured it to be.

    I’ve searched for a few days and not found anything. Can anyone tell me of one?

    Considering any such plugin would need to integrate well with your e-commerce plugin, I recommend asking for suggestions through your e-commerce dedicated support site.

    If no suggestions are forthcoming, you may need to custom code your own solution. The UI you describe is generally called “cascading dropdowns”. There are plenty of tutorials online on how this is accomplished. The added challenge is also in integrating it with your e-commerce plugin. Once again, your plugin’s dedicated support would be in the best position to advise.
