Stick specific post to each category

I′m looking for a plugin to make this: I need to stick a specific post in the top of each category. For example: I have 45 categories and I need to put, in the top of each category, a different post. So, I have 45 categories, 45 posts, and each post in the top of each category.
Anybody knows a plugin to do this?
