Stickiness doesn't work on some pages

I’m running your plugin on nocmo.com
In the $1000 page the stickiness works. In 0 and 5000 it doesn’t.I didn’t see any update notification to upgrade to 4.4 – could the old version be the issue?
The theme is Total.
