Sticking With ShortPixel

After trying out a couple of alternatives, I’ve decided to stick with ShortPixel for the forseeable future.

The alternatives:

1) Imagify

Slower than a snail crawling through treacle, and still did not completely optimise my images after a week, Imagify proved itself impossible to use for anyone with a website larger than three pages.

2) Optimole

Far better then Imagify, but starts eating into any ‘credits’ on anything more than a one-page website. (I’m still using Optimole on one of my ‘one page’ websites, but to get out of the ‘eating credits’ scenario, you need to throw a backink back to Optimole onto your page).

So the winner then is ShortPixel, and even by getting ‘credits’ for a large (500 posts and counting website), it works out much cheaper than the two alternatives mentioned earlier.
