Sticky

    (this is my first page in wordpres, please excuse me if the thing is silly)
    I have 4 posts in my homepage, the main one I put it as a “Sticky” so the image was in the middle and I really love the stetic; the other 3 posts was below and I have the image and then the text as a news.
    My question is, could I put a post as a Sticky and conserve the side of the image (aboid having the photo so big).
    How can I do this ?
