Sticky ad block doesn’t work as it should

I tried to make sticky an ad block that is at the bottom of the sidebar.
The whole sidebar gets sticky but not in the position of the ad, it sticks much higher in the position of another widget 2-3 places higher, so the ad remains hidden in the bottom.
Changing the order of widgets it shows strange behavior, it sticks always in the wrong position.If I remember well months ago it was working ok.
Is it due to the theme(virtue premium) or the plugin? I believe is the plugin.

I tried everything but it doesn’t work.
But I found a better solution.With only 4 lines of jquery and some css, I get a sticky block that fades in and out at 800px from the top and remains on the far right side of the screen and vertically centered, with a button to slide it out and in.
And if the screen is smaller than 1600px the block returns to its position inside the sidebar.
