The sticky banner just disappears

As i asked before i would like to have my money back.

Support is very slow, i need to wait for weeks for replies and i have issue after issue.

I tried to get it work for more then 6 months and your support do just never reply on emails. only few replies i got was that you were on holiday and i will get a reply asap. But after that i don’t get any reply anymore.
