Sticky chat icon not appeared at main page

After activated the Sticky Chat plugins and configured whatsapp and facebook messenger, it didn’t appeared on the main page which show nothing. If I add the third widget (MAIL) and click SAVE, it didn’t save and still remained whatsapp and facebook only. What’s wrong with it? Which other plugins that conflict with your sticky chat? My current wordpress version is 4.4. Please help
