Sticky Comments?

Hi, so im thinking I have a few people who are associated with my website, and i wish for them to be able and leave comments as like anyone else can, but im hoping to make their comments stand out and remain visible, like a sticky comment, is there anything like this? I looked around and havnt found any plugins..
