    Hello,

I have created a section template with Elementor which is sticky on the bottom.

I have inserted the shortcode of this template at Ad Inserter (Display: footer).
    This is how it works.

The section is only visible on Phone!!! When you take a look!!!!

But the section should be visible only if the cookies are accepted.
If I enter the cookie value the template is visible but not sticky anymore. It is inserted under the footer.
Both versions, with and without cookie are visible on the home page.
One section is sticky and the other is under the footer.
The only difference is the cookie acceptance.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

remote debugging doesn’t seem to be enabled:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ad-inserter-support-forum-before-you-ask-for-help/

    Please check.

    Debugging is now on.

The section is only visible on Phone!!!

The only difference is that block 4 is inserted server-side, while block 2 is inserted client-side (via javascript in the browser, after cookie check).

It seems the shortcode [elementor-template id="6523"] is not expanded in the preview window.

Can you please try to change plugin priority to 10 or 5?

Thank you for your quick reply.

Unfortunately, changing the priority has not changed anything.
I have disabled block 4 so that you can see better when block 2 is working.
I copied block 2 from block 4. The only difference is the cookie.

I see a lot of Javascript errors on the page

Please try to fix them as all client-side functions need error-free pages.

I would also suggest to disable all optimization plugins until the insertion works properly.

    Hello,
even if I disable Autoptimize/Cache Enabler nothing changes.

I can’t see any JS errors on my page. Not with Chrome DEV tools and also not via the function in your plugin.

Now the errors are gone, the block is inserted after you give the agreement and the ad is also displayed when the cookie is present.

    Thread Starter jidwictut9

    (@jidwictut9)

    Yes that is correct.

But the block or template is no longer sticky as it is without the cookie.
    Do you understand my problem?
Block 2 should work like block 4 but with cookie consent.

I have enabled Block4 again and made the banners different so you can see the difference.

Can you try to set device detection method to Insert (for both blocks)?

    Nothing changed, sorry.

    Strange.
I see the code for both blocks inserted as returned by the shortcode.
Can you please try to swap the shortcodes to see the difference?

Anyway, I would suggest contacting Elementor support to check their code – to diagnose why one banner is not sticky.
Then we’ll know what is causing the issue.

    I swap the shortcodes.

    Later i will contact Elementor.

OK, I see no difference (except the banner text).

Once you have the answer from Elementor please get back here.

    Hello,

i get an answer from the Elementor Support.
It is not an Elementor Problem.

    SEE VIDEO

But this video does not provide any useful information regarding the issue – it only describes the issue – which has already been described above and reproduced.

Since the issue is with Elementor banners I would expect explanation what exactly is causing the problem (what code is not inserted properly) – not how to reproduce it (we already know this).
We have a correlation with different Ad Inserter insertion methods, however, correlation does not imply causality.

Only Elementor knows exactly how their banners work and how to diagnose issues with their banenrs.
Once Elementor clearly describes what is causing the issue (why the banner is not sticky, not how to reproduce the issue) then I can investigate – if the problem is with Ad Inserter.

It seems that the code for both blocks is inserted as returned by the shortcodes.

If you have already contacted Elementor support then maybe the easiest way to diagnose and solve the issue would be if you ask them to contact us directly at info AT adinserter.pro and refer to this thread so we can discuss and diagnose the issue directly.
