Sticky elements: how to make an image sticky?

    I have a picture on a webpage that I wish to make sticky when I scroll down. What do I type in the field provided by the Sticky elements plugin labeled “Element you want to make sticky”?! I tried assigning a CSS ID and entering it in that field preceded by #, to no avail. Many thanks in advance for your help!!
