Hey @stephen_mca, just to clarify — do you want your whole header (site title and tagline) to be sticky, as well as the navigation?

Hi Mel — yes I wanted the entire header to be ‘Sticky’ thanks.

Okay — I’m not good at JavaScript, but I know the functions are in the first half of assets/js/global.js. If you haven’t already, you’ll want to create a child theme of Twenty Seventeen, and copy this file over, maintaining the folder structure. Then, you can edit the file directly to include the header inside the adjustScrollClass() function.

Another volunteer might be able to provide some more JS help, but hopefully this gets you started!

Thanks Mel. I know nothing about JavaScript too. Maybe someone can supply some code.
