Sticky Header for just Posts?

Hello, I have tried some of the free sticky header plugins, but they don’t meet my needs. I need to specifiy where to have sticky header enabled, and where not. In my case, none of my Pages need it. But my Blog Posts link (https://mytechguy.ca/blog) does.

Is sticky header only available in the premium version? Will it do what I need? Or can anyone recommend another plugin that can do this, preferably free?
