    1) I had set up a sticky header for the menu in desktop and mobile.
It works when I am logged in but not when I am logged out.

When I am logged out I see the following error in console:

navigation.min.js?ver=1.0.27:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: kadenceConfig is not defined
        at Object.initStickyHeader (navigation.min.js?ver=1.0.27:1)
        at HTMLDocument.init (navigation.min.js?ver=1.0.27:1)

I disable the Leap app for performance, minifying, etc. to check if it was causing the issue. However it didn’t fix the issue.

    2) In the category page the excerpt of this page doesn’t load.

    Please, can you help?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Irene,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Are you using the latest version of Kadence theme? What version are you using? If you are using an outdated version, try to update to the latest version of the theme in order to rule that out.

An Uncaught ReferenceError for an existing function usually points to a few things but mainly had to do with a 3rd party plugin. It could be a plugin conflict or a caching/optimization plugin.

Seeing as you already tried to disable Leap app, looks like caching/optimization is not the cause of the issue.

Can you try to deactivate your plugins one by one so that we could isolate which plugin has a conflict if it is indeed a plugin conflict? After each individual deactivation, please go and check your theme options for the Home Slider again and see if the that fixes the issue.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again, open a new ticket and we would be more than glad to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    Michael

    Hi,
Thanks for your answer. Sorry for my delay.
It must be Leap or something related with Ezoic, because the sticky header works fine when I am logged in WP, which is not cached.

    I have a second issue:

When the first paragraph is like this page 1
    https://ibb.co/Rzzr2c3
Or like this other page 2:
    https://ibb.co/CQW6GYd
In the Category page the first paragraph doesn’t show:
    https://ibb.co/PG36xJd

    Thanks for your appreciated help.

Also page 1 doesn’t show the category before title.

    Hi @michaeltarongoy,
I resolved the sticky header issue changing Leap settings it seems it was something from jquery.
    Thanks for being kind.
