    Hi Muhammad,

Apologies for the delayed response and thank you for your patience.

    It maybe a caching issue.

Can you try clearing your website cache? https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the delayed response.

I don’t use both plugin you mentioned above for caching. But, I use LiteSpeed Cache. I’ve tried to purge all page cache with LiteSpeed, but my menu is still not working in sticky when I see my post without login as administrator.

    Thanks in advance.

    Last update:

I tried to turn off all js and css cache in LiteSpeed plugin setting. Now, my sticky menu is working. But, I have a question for this: in ascend theme, is js and css in ascend theme cannot be optimized?

    Hi, Muhammad!

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

They can be optimized. However, if the optimization options from a plugin results to layout issues, you’ll need to tweak some settings.

LiteSpeed Cache should have options to exclude some CSS and JS files from some optimization options. Here’s a post to help you with this – https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/

I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Regards,
    Karla
