I love the plugin. I am having quite an annoying issue though.

I have created a sticky header and it looks neat. When scrolling down however at some point site content overlaps the header. Also when scrolling back to the top the header completely disappears. It does come back when scrolling down again.

    Any idea what’s going on?

    Cheers,

Okay, so the content covering issue is solved. For some reason the Z-index setting of the header was changed to 10.

I am still left with this issue though:
When I load the page the header is transparent. When I scroll the down the header and logo shrink and the header obtains a different background colour. So far so good. However when I scroll back up the header does not return to it’s original setting and it even sits above my site content instead of over like how it was initially.

In the advanced section of the header settings I have a negative margin of top: -95.

Any idea what could be causing this?

I have figured out that it happens when the shrink feature is turned on. It seems that no matter to what size I shrink it down, the header disappears when scrolled to the top of the page. Whenever the header is sticky it works like normal.

@rensvis Sorry for the delay, can you try turning off the “stretch” setting on the header, set transparent header on, and remove the negative margin. Let me know if that works for you.
Negative top margin is moving the header up off of the page. With my transparent header option turned on there is no need for negative margins. There is a known conflict with the transparent header setting and the stretch section setting so stretch section has to be turned off to work until that issue is fixed.
