Sticky Location on Twenty Ten Thems

  • I am using a STATIC FRONT PAGE on Twenty Ten. But.. I would like the STICKY to show up above content so that the visitor will see that there is one new blog that has been added/featured. How and where can the STICKY code be edited to allow that sticky box to show up above the Page information? Thank you.

    I really don’t want it to be a widget on the left/right side. I want it right where is is now – but on a static front page. I think the WordPress developers of the theme probably could tell me how to do it.
