    Hi @nutrifix,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

There may be a plugin conflict causing this issue. Speed optimization or caching plugins optimize CSS delivery, compress JavaScript files and minify HTML. These can affect the mobile menu and search functionality, so please try to disable all plugins, starting with the caching or optimization plugins you use and check if the issue persists.

Let me know how this goes!

Hey there! I managed to fix it to work on all pages on mobile, except from the Home page. Any idea why that may be the case and how to fix it without running the whole troubleshooting process of disabling and re-enabling add-ons?

    Thanks,

    Hi @nutrifix,

I’ve just checked your website on an iPhone device and a Desktop with the browser mobile mode, and the menu is sticky on the home page. Does the issue still occur when you access the site?

Maybe it didn’t get fixed immediately after applying the settings due to the cache.

    Regards,
    Stefan

Probably that was the case, Stefan. Thanks for checking. It does work right now indeed.

@stefancotitosu, just tried yesterday from a client’s mobile and whereas the sticky menu is visible on the Home page, it does not work. It works from other pages, but not from the Home page. Any idea how to fix that?

    Hey @nutrifix

I checked your site and It looks like a caching issue at first so I would Ideally advise you to follow the steps provided by our Colleagues above in the thread and check if any of them helps you out in resolving the issue.

Let us know how it goes and if you require further help!

Thanks and Happy New year !!

    Hi @nutrifix,

I’ve rechecked the website, and the mobile menu works properly on other pages, however, there is an error on the browser Developer Tools Console related to the Lightspeed cache plugin – https://vertis.d.pr/i/o1D6Ef. You can contact the support team of the plugin and ask for their help, maybe the error is caused by a misconfiguration. To test the mobile menu on other pages, I used the footer menu to navigate between them on my phone.

Alternatively, you can try a different free caching plugin, such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/.

    Regards,
    Stefan
