Sticky posts white spaces when one have featured image of different size

As you can see there is too much white space here (these are two sticked posts).
If i don’t add any featured image in one of them the white space is even bigger
How to change that?

I have two ideas
1. instead of white space it can shows another post there
2. Change bigger preview of post (right one) to be match the other smaller (left)The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
