I am trying to test if the Sticky Sidebar is causing issues elsewhere so I would like to disable it for testing purposes. However. it would seem that the options for customizing the Sticky Sidebar are not working. Regardless of if I choose “Disable” “Stick first widget” or “Stick last widget” the Sidebar functions as “Stick first Widget”.

    Hi @kevindecker64,

Please share your website URL so I can take a look into that. I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end.

Hello sorry for the late reply.

Here is a link to my site https://www.lifelinetheaterarts.org/

I currently have the Sticky Sidebar option in the Customize set to “Disable”, but it still seems to be functioning as a sticky sidebar. Changing the setting to “Stick first widget” or “Stick last widget” seems to make no difference in how the sidebar is functioning for me.

    Hey @kevindecker64,

I found something like this in the code: theiaStickySidebar.

It seems a plugin has added sticky functionality to the theme sidebar. Look into your Plugins and see if there’s a plugin that adds sticky sidebar functionality.

    Thanks!

    Thank you @brankoconjic,

I didn’t even notice that plugin. With the plugin disabled the theme’s Sticky Sidebar options work great.

This also seems to have solved my other thread about the footer element being pushed down.

    Thank you again
