Hi. I am using the stick video widget and for some reason the sticky option is not working properly. If I set the video to bottom right, for example, the sticky video shows up at the bottom right alright in the Elementor editor page, but at the site itself the video shows up outside of the site visible area, like, I can only see it if I minimize my browser all the way to 10%. Also, if I change position, like set the video to top right, the video goes wonky and appears whatever it wants plus always out of my site visible area.

Have already tried: 1. Using the widget in different containers and differente positions on my site, but the problem persisted. 2. Using the widget at different pages on my site, but had the same problem all around. 3. Clearing site cache, but this didn’t solve the problem. 3. Checking if the problem was my browser (Chrome), but the problem also appears at Firefox.

Can you help me with a solution, please? It may be by widget itself or by css, if necessary.

    Thank you.

    Hi @patyngl

    I hope you are fine.

Sorry to hear about your experience, but, I just checked on my side, and sticky video displays on the front end as per settings and within the page, please check the screencast, https://d.pr/v/KTChWE

It would you be if you shared the page link where you are facing the issue, I see you have tried by clearing caching and different browser, as the widget works fine in the editor mode, so, you may try by regenerating assets, To regenerate assets, you can go to WordPress Dashboard -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, please share the page link where you are facing the issue.

Looking froward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

Hi. Thank you for the fast response, but regenerating the EA’s assets did not solve the problem. Any other suggestion?

    Hi @patyngl

    I hope you are fine.

Thanks for the link, I have checked your shared link, but, I could not find the issue that you early mentioned about visibility, https://d.pr/v/mT4Omb It will be good for me to understand the scenario, if you share a screenrecord of the issue.

Also, please run a plugin conflict test. You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Flexia, Hello Elementor. And, check back as well.

This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, that does not affect normal visitors to your site. Here is the link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

Using this plugin involves the same steps that I have already mentioned above. Also, here is the screencast: https://d.pr/v/JP5Ics?

Let me know the status. Sorry for the delayed reply.

    Thanks
