Already tried those 2 solutions.
There posted on every support thread with images.
They don’t work!

I suggest you read https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Thumbnail-Image-Regeneration-in-3.3 again. Run the ‘regenerate thumbnails’ plugin if the background process is not working for you. And make sure you published your changes in the customizer too!

Thanks for the heads up. Breaking images is a regular event with WooCommerce updates.
