Still cannot find how to limit to 1 vote

  • I have read your pdf booklet on polls, and studied the Q&A’s here. I still cannot get the poll to allow guests to vote just once, and if they try a second time are given a message.

    Sorry, I forgot to ask how can I change the colour of the results bar from black?

    Hello

    Can you let us know what you have setup for “Vote Permissions” under Options -> Access tab so we can assist?

    As for changing the colour of the results bars, on Add/Edit poll page click on Question & Answers.
    Once done hover your mouse over each answer and click on the Edit icon.
    Several options will show up, including the one to update the colour of the results bars.

    Hello

    Depending on what you have for “Vote Permissions” you can use either “Block Voters” or “Limit number of votes per user”.
    Both these features can be found on Options -> Access tab when creating/updating a poll.

    If you are allowing votes from Guest, you need to use “Block Voters”.
    If you are allowing votes only from registered users (wordpress, facebook, google), you will need to use “Limit number of votes per user” feature.
