Still Can't Add Videos to WordPress Installation

Hello,

Once again I’m still trying to figure out how to post videos that are on my server onto my wordpress site. Every plugin I have been refered to only pulls from video hosting sites such as youtube. The videos I have are hosted on my own server that hosts the wordpress website. I need a plugin that will allow me to select the videos stored on my own server.

Can someone please recommend a plugin that will allow me to do this? I have a deadline that needs to be met in the next two weeks and I am still stuck on this one issue.
