still can’t see draft posts

Ever since version 2.3, I have not been able to preview my draft posts. I save them, click ‘Preview’ and usually get the message “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” Visibility is set to “public” and publish is set to immediately. Yet, regardless of which computer I’m at, or how many times I’ve cleared the cache, I still can’t see a draft version of my post. I have to publish it, read it, then unpublish it if I plan to make further changes. After a couple of years of this, you would think that someone would have a solution but I have yet to get one. Please help!!!!
