    I have send more than once queries, or commented on other posts with the same problem but I can’t get an answer. I’v send you my troubleshoot log, and my plugin is up to date, I have removed and added the url again but I can’t fetch new reviews since 3 months now. I have the same problem on multiple websites I manage and I have not seen a website with reviews newer than 3 months. What do I need to do to get this up and runngin again? If you tell me I need a pro plan in order for you to fix this just let me know please. I’ve seen many users with the same issue and no solution.

  • I hear you. Support has been useless and tone deaf. Now they’re asking for my wordpress login. I will look for an alternative plugin and report back if I find anything good.
