    a few months ago I cancelled my subscriptions to the popup builder and the mailchimp extension yet they still charged me once more for a subscription. I have been trying to use chat to talk to them on their website but no response. They had previously stuffed up a renewal too. So their administration and customer service is hopeless. My account says one of the subscriptions is cancelled, yet they still charged me for it, and the other is still active but paused, and I can do nothing to change that.

    I have been trying to contact your support ever since I noticed the problem and they still have not got back to me, so the problem is NOT resolved.
