Still deleting spam after 15 days

Do you mean that you checked the box labeled “Silently discard the worst and most pervasive spam so I never see it.”? That is only referring to a certain type of spam that is so obviously spam, there’s no point in reviewing it.

If you want spam to be deleted sooner than 15 days, you would need to add a plugin that sets the akismet_delete_comment_interval filter to zero, like in this example: https://www.engagewp.com/empty-akismet-spam-queue-daily/

Ah! Now I see why I got confused. Reading the English description helped.

I just had the German description and that says “Den ganzen Spam-Kram still und leise im Hintergrund entsorgen, damit ich diesen nie sehen muss.”
Which means something like “Delete all spam silently so I don’t have to see it.”

Maybe the German translation should be fixed.
