• Hi David,

I created a Dutch translation (happy to share with others; where can I post these files?) using POEdit and have placed both “.PO” and “.MO” files in the appropriate folder “/wp-content/plugins/rsvpmaker/translations”. When creating an event and filling out the event form, all is perfectly translated into Dutch. However, on the main page where the event description is shown along with the RSVP button, the event date is still shown in English, despite the fact that I have translated all weekdays, months, etc. in Dutch. So all translations seem to work fine, except the event date on the main page, where I only used the short code [rsvpmaker_upcoming]. Please note that I’m using the Dutch version of WP (v3.9 nl_NL). Could you please let me know what I need to do to get this fixed and that the event date is also shown in Dutch?

Your quick help is very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance,

    Arie

To add to this, the event date is shown as “Saturday, 11 October, 2014” instead of “Zaterdag, 11 Oktober, 2014“. Please notice that the date format itself is correctly used from the settings in RSVPMaker, where I defined the long date format as “l, d F, Y
