Still few pages are loding

Hello sir,
I have 5 pages home , contact us , about us , service,and testimonials.The problem is when i click on about us or any of the above menu the page sometimes load with ajax and sometimes it doesnt load with ajax instead it loads normaly.
How can i solve this problem ?
