Still getting 50 registrations a day

I’m getting spam registrations virtually every half an hour despite installing this plugin. I’ve banned all .ru registrations and mail.ru but they still come through. It’s relentless and coming from all over, it’s as if the plugin just isn’t working yet it reports “..stopped 3711 spammers since last cleared”
