Still getting spam after much effort

Our company is still getting spam emails from our contact form after trying just about everything I can. I have managed to at least get rid of all the porn spam.
The weird thing is the spam we’re still getting includes words I already blocked in comment moderation in the discussion settings. Does it just take a while to start working?
I currently have a ginormous comment moderation keyword list, the WP Mail SMTP plugin, Akismet Anti-Spam, a recaptcha, and Contact Form 7 Honeypot applied.
Is there anything else I could do? I’m desperate at this point. Any sort of help would be appreciated. Thanks.
