Still getting update emails, but my email is not registered with site?

I have received two update notifications in the last couple days from a site that I used to administrate.
They look like this:
Begin forwarded message:

Subject: [exclientssite] Your site has updated to WordPress 4.0.3
Date: April 24, 2015 at 12:22:45 AM PDT
To: [email protected]Howdy! Your site at https://exclientsdomain.com has been updated automatically to WordPress 4.0.3.

It seems that I no longer have a user account with the website (password reset request fails with this email), and I’m also no longer hosting this site…
So I’m a bit confused about what is going on here.
Anyone know how this might be happening?
