Still have a problem with white video editor screen!

  • Hi there,
    I reported about the problem with white video editor screen a few days ago. I followed the direction given and ried to discover the conflicts between plugins. I cleared plugins through phpAdmin. Yes, I received picture once but when I published post, picture dissapered from vidsual editor again. I asked a lot of people and NOBODY has a clue why this happened on one page only!
    1. I deactivated plugins one by one and activated again
    2. I reloaded theme
    3.I cleared phpAdmin

    Nothing works! Help please!

  • Using ftp or signing into your hosted acccount, delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folder. DO NOT delete the wp-content folder.

    Download a fresh copy of wordpress and upload to the server the wp-includes and wp-admin folders.
