Still Having Admin Panel Display Issue

    After an update I started seeing a large gap of space at the top of every view in my admin panel. I assumed it would be worked out in a subsequent upgrade and it has resolved in one of my client’s sites, but not on mine.

    My site is running 7.3.1. Currently, I have the plugin deactivated. What can I do to fix it?
