    Hello, Hugh! I would like to donate (since I do believe in supporting the hard work devs do), but I too, am having problems with zero-byte downloads of the podcast files. They play just fine in the embedded player, only the downloads are corrupted. I am running 1.14.8 of your plugin, and am running version .9.4.1 of W3TC. I’ve added the two URLS you listed in your toubleshooting doco, but the downloads are still trashed.

    I made the mistake of posting this in a RESOLVED thread, so I do apologize – and now I have created a new post, in order to get some assistance.

    I am a WordPress novice and not really up on Linux. However, I CAN edit files. Is there ANYTHING I can do, with these podcast downloads? I’ve got a a lot of them and it’s frustrating not to be able to download them.

    Hi. It’s been over a week and I’m still holding out for a little help with the issue I’m having. Can anyone provide me with a some assistance, please?

    I’m not trying to be a bother, but it’s been quite some time and I haven’t received a response to the issue I am having with this plugin. I’m still faced with podcasts that cannot be downloaded. Would someone please provide some assistance?

    Same problem here. Please help, downloads don’t work.

    Hi there,

    I have been largely offline for the last few months and have been unable to help out all of this plugin’s awesome users in this forum. I’m sorry if this has inconvenienced you!

    As a result there are a large number of questions here that I just don’t have the time to answer effectively. There’s also a very good chance that the majority of them are no longer valid as it has been quite a while since they were posted.

    With that in mind, I’m going to close all of them (including this one), so if you still require support then please create a brand new topic and I will respond on there going forward, as I have time to do so.
