Unfortunately, we have received an unusual amount of support requests, which is delaying our response time, and we generally answer in the order received. I would like to assure you that this is not a common occurrence, and we are doing our best to get up-to-date.

    Could you please confirm if the site URL that you have mentioned is the address for which you need help?

    Also if I understood your issue correctly, the stats for the site is not appearing since you have connected to Jetpack. Is that correct?

    Hi Animesh, thanks for your reply. Yes, the URL mentioned in the linked post is correct. I already got a reply in the older thread as you can see here:

    However, i’m not sure if that answer is entirely correct, since even an ususal amount of disconnects would not result in such a difference in viewers i’d strongly assume, right?

Right now, it looks like Jetpack isn’t connected on the site mentioned in this thread, so I’m currently unable to track down the site on our system.
