Still missing translations even after using advanced options

I have a form that shows fields dynamically based on the users decision. It translates most labels except for a few:

• an html table
• an html field that displays after an input is filled i
• a few labels

I am using the plugin Caldera Forms for my form. This plugin works great for the whole site except the dynamically shown content on the form.

I tried turning on the following options:
(Text may vary since my site is in Dutch)
Repair missing dynamic content
Disable dynamic translation
Repair spaces between HTML-tags
Repair broken HTML

If I only check ‘Repair missing dynamic content’ some labels do get translated. The table and dynamically loaded labels are not. If I manually translate the page there is no pencil next to the text that didn’t translate and it isn’t in the list of strings to translate either.
