still need help with page template

    I had originally started this thread here but support kinda dried up and I dont know if its coming back, Ill post a link to this thread there though in case anyone else stumbles upon it.

    I am trying to use a page template to call a separate header.php so that I can strip it down but despite stripping it down everything is still there such as the navigation. I’m gonna post links to my template file and my header file that I have on pastebin. I really could use some help here, thanks in advance
