    2-24 hours came and went, so did an entire week, and now it’s been 10 days. I have even emailed Dave inquiring about my app, and still have had no response. I was interested in purchasing the pro version, but not if I cannot even receive my free app. Additionally, through my research, I’ve found paying customers with the same complaint. My next step is to rate this app one star, because it obviously doesn’t deliver on its promises, and leave a review explaining why people shouldn’t even bother with it. So what do you say? Would you like to avoid a bad review? My patience is wearing very thin a week and a half later. Where is my app? Thanks.

    Okay, so actually my last effort to get this resolved was emailing support, and I just received confirmation my request was received. I hope that means this will be resolved soon. I’ve never left a negative review before, and I don’t want to start now.

    Thanks for your message.

    We recently had a problem fetching some app images because of security plugins like WordFence where blocking our requests to get the app image (app icon & app screenshot).

    We have now found a way around this and I hope you have received your app ??
