still no google sheet connected

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry for the trouble you are facing.

Can you confirm you had given the required permission while authentication,
if you are not sure then deactivate the Authentication and ReAuthenticate with Google Along with the permissions and then check it out.

Make sure to click here and revoke the access under 3rd Party plugins to make sure there are no cache issues while authentication.

Can you enable the debug from wp-config.php and see the errors in debug.log under the wp-contents directory?

I have authenticated and seems to be working perfectly!

can anyone detail what was done to fix this issue, i seem to be having the same thing.

i have followed all the instuctions, but i never see a ‘Get Code’ button – it just says ‘Active’.

i see gsheetConnector with all the right permissions in my google account.

it is connecting to a google account that is also the same as a login to the WP site – is that a problem?

i have de-activated / re-activated many times with the same result.

i did not notice the Tab in the GoogleSheet settings for ‘WooCommmerce Data Settings’. i now see the Sheet names option and have selected one.

i was able to get the Order Sheet Tabs to populate with the headers, so i think everything is working here.

the instructions for all this are pretty confusing.

but now that i see an actual working interface between WooCommerce and google sheets i will probably upgrade to Pro.

do you know if the data transfer is 2-way? for example, if i make changes to a product description in Google Sheets – does that change get ‘pushed’ into the description in the actual Product in WooCommerce?

Perfect, glad to hear that connected perfectly,

Make sure, Its a addon plugin to send data from WooCommerce store to Google Sheets which means when you update the product details or gets a order in your store this entry will be shown in Google Sheet.
Its a one way integration.
Hope it make sense.
