Still not getting Canceled & Failed Order emails

So following up to this thread:
I’ve been having issues receiving emails about Canceled or Failed Orders.
I’m getting other website emails, just not these specific ones.
I even get other Woocommerce emails, such as New Order
So I don’t understand why I wouldn’t be receiving the Canceled & Failed Orders emails if I’m receiving New Order emails?
I checked Woocommerce>Settings>Emails & both Canceled & Failed Orders have my Admin email listed and both are Enabled inside of their settings.
Any ideas?
