Not working on most recent updates of 2.60 or 2.61.
The editing panel is greyed out with a rotating blue circle in the middle, never loads properly. It works if I roll back to pre 2.60 and doesn’t seem to improve with disabling plugins.

It’s only an issue with the update and resolves with rolling back, have tried it twice. I can edit with the update too, just doesn’t allow you to add any more content blocks to the page due to the left tab never loading properly.
This is what the left tab looks like
Existing content blocks can be moved around, removed, etc. though.

Similar error with update to 2.6.1. Never had issues before the update. Only the editor mode is concerned. Online pages are displayed fine.

Upgrading to 2.6, or rolling back to 2.5.15, changed nothing.

I could solve my issue by reinstalling the folder /wp-includes (no idea if it is related to Elementor!)
