  • After cancelling paypal payment it redirected me to mysite.com/cart/ and from there everything worked fine.
    What theme do you use?

    i could not repduce it 1:1, a customer says he has choosen paypal, then cancel it (did not know his passport) then choose pay via bank.

    Probably it is theme related, most people with premium themes that have problems when reloading, problems are related with jquery called in the checkout page.
    Contact your theme support if they can help you,also update your theme.

    Having the same problem.
    Somehow it’s solve when i deactivate Woocart Pro by Festi.
    Anyone knows how to fix it?

    Hello. Same problem here.

    We have two payment gateways. Credit card and payment on receipt. The second method costs 2€ more and we use Pay for Payment to add this extra cost.

    When a customer tries to pay with credit card and comes back for any reason the plugin doesn’ t work. This is our problem.

    Any solution about that?
