Still problems to reset passwprd

  • Hi,

    I looked almost every where but I can’t find the solution how solve the problem caused when we try to reset the password.to rest the password.

    The plugin works fine in every form, but after submitting the reset the password form that is when the problem occurs:

    a- Once submitted the form
    b- I go on my email application and check the email
    c– On the email once I click on the resetting links, on the WordPress instead to have to actual resetting page I have the following:

    Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
    Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

    Then is asking to ENTER THE USERNAME/E-Mail
    ect , but even buy re-entering for the second time the details, still the problem is not solved it goes back to a loop.

    The strange fact is that all the SIDEBAR LOGIN PLUGINS THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

    Currently I have disabled the lost password link.

    My question is there a way to solve the inconvenience, or to disable the actual
    lost-password-form.php (SB-LOGIN) and divert the Lost password link (located in the sidebar) to the default WordPress form?
