still problems with google CA

  • Is there any chance that the long-standing issue with the failed authentication with Google due to inability to fetch Google CA certificate will ever be fixed? It’s a long time now that the problem persists. Other plugins have a “ignore SSL certificate errors” to check in order to call CURL with the proper ignore-peer-certificate switch. This issue is quite annoying.

    Update: Feb 20 2013: still no answer from the authors. it’s almost a year now that this plugin is broken with the lack of support for ignoring SSL certificate errors, as explained above. I am sorry I have to agree with all the others users who state that this plugin is a PIECE OF JUNK. uninstalling from all my sites. goodbye
